Madam Flora Modupe Adejoke George Onile-Ere was born on the 21st of April 1926 in Abeokuta, Agbole Ntoowa, in Kenta Okebode, to Pa Joseph Olumuyiwa George and Mrs. Rachel Adenike George, she was the fourth of her mother’s five children and being a proud child of the British Empire, she never failed to remind her children when her birthday came up that she shared the same birthday with HRH, Queen Elizabeth II.
